Eddie Hearn and Ariel Helwani had a very interesting conversation, with the main topic of the conversation being the upcoming fight between Jake Paul and Nate Diaz. Helwani wanted to hear Hearn's predictions about this upcoming boxing match and what he thought would happen.
Both of these fighters are great fighters, and it would be very difficult to really predict the outcome of this matchup. As Hearn pointed out in his opening remarks, it is difficult to predict what form Diaz will be in before the match begins.
Any performance on his part is possible. “With Nate [Diaz], no one knows” -Hearn said, as quoted by fightfans.co.uk “He could get completely smashed to pieces in a round, or he could be a great fighter.
I hear he used to spar with Andre Ward and stuff like this” -Hearn added.
The promoter went on to say that he would love for Nate Diaz to win the match, but it is unlikely that he will achieve this goal.
Eddie believes that Paul will be able to come out on top in this match as the victor. “If you’re asking me, Jake Paul beats him comfortably. I really like Nate Diaz and I hope he wins – mainly so he doesn’t put me to sleep on the concrete!
But I think he gets stopped” -Hearn concluded. There will be a fight between the two in a few months, or, to put it more precisely, in August. It is no secret that both of them are preparing hard for one of the most important challenges of their careers.
In this match, there are a lot of variables that can affect what can happen. It seems that there are a lot more people than ever who believe in Diaz's victory and are on his side.
