Devin Haney reveals who he wants to fight next

Devin Haney does not seem to be interested in taking a break, as he is already on the hunt for a new opponent and clearly knows who he wants next. Haney recently claimed a controversial victory over Vasiliy Lomachenko. Devin Haney did not call out Shakur Stevenson as most fans would have expected him to; he wants the WBC super lightweight champion next.

He claims to propose this idea to Eddie Hearn, and it will be very interesting to see how Hearn responds to the offer.

Devin Haney talks to Eddie Hearn about his next fight

It looks like Devin Haney wants Regis Prograis; next, the boxing world wants to see Haney have a rematch with Lomachenko, but it won’t be happening anytime soon.

Here’s exactly what Devin Haney Tweeted: “I’m thinking bout it.. I’m assuming Eddie told you about that lil call I just gave em”. “& for the record.. I called Eddie about making a Regis fight.

He didn’t call me!”. “Not even a week from the last fight.. & I got that itch already.. I needa go on vacation lol I’m bored”. There is a long list of opponents for Devin Haney to pick from. Ryan Garcia, Shakur Stevenson and a rematch with Lomachenko are what the fans are interested to see.

Shakur Stevenson has called out Devin Haney many times, even in Haney’s recent match; he was there on the ringside and was looking forward to squaring off against Haney, but Haney didn’t show any interest at all.

Regis Prograis is no easy opponent; he has a professional record of 28-1 (24 Knockouts) and is currently on a 4-match knockout streak. He has a match scheduled against Danielilto Zorrilla on the 17th of June, and it will be interesting to see how well he performs against Zorrilla. Perhaps after his next match, he can decide if he wants to fight Devin Haney or not.
