The information circulating for months about Israel and its actions in Palestine doesn't leave anyone indifferent. Many are frustrated with Israel's policies and leadership, believing that this conflict must be stopped! However, ordinary citizens of most countries find it hard to do more to bring about real change. Those who can make a difference and influence the fate of people in Palestine are the leaders of major countries. It seems that the leaders this time are ready to influence changes.

The US is thinking about limiting Israel's use of American weapons in the Rafah offensive, expressing concern and disappointment in Prime Minister Netanyahu's actions.  For several months, Netanyahu has been a person who provokes anger from the US president and the leadership of this country. Biden has emphasized multiple times that Israelis must have a different approach during the war in Palestine, and the enormous number of civilian casualties is a cause for concern. Biden has sent a message to the Israeli prime minister that they must ensure the safety of civilians during the operation in Rafah and in the future.

US, Egypt, and Qatar are working together

The US, Egypt, and Qatar are working on a truce amid a worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza. The potential weapon restriction aims to address both the offensive and the dire humanitarian situation. President Biden had earlier advised against a ground operation without a safe evacuation plan for displaced civilians. There's a sense of growing disappointment in the Biden administration, indicating strained US-Israeli relations.

Israelis find it hard to achieve their goals without the support of major powers like the US. However, the Israeli prime minister has emphasized that his soldiers do not intend to endanger civilians during their operation. Joe Biden, along with other high officials, urges Israel to abide by regulations and to be cautious about civilians. We will see if Israeli soldiers will truly understand this message and follow what is communicated to them.
