The war in Ukraine, which has been ongoing for more than two years, has raised concerns among Americans and other countries worldwide, given the fear of nuclear weapon use, which could lead to a domino effect and severe consequences for the world. Fortunately, the Russians had no intention of using nuclear weapons.

The administration of U.S. President Joe Biden did not want to passively observe Russian attacks on Ukrainians and knew they needed an appropriate response if Putin decided to use nuclear weapons. Biden engaged working groups to develop a response plan.

Officials from the American administration confirmed in conversations with U.S. media that their response would not involve the use of nuclear weapons. Still, they aimed to create confusion and a dramatic reaction from the Russians by potentially attacking units that launched nuclear weapons.

There was a significant fear that Ukrainians might use a 'dirty bomb,' a weapon that disperses radioactive waste.

"Some believed that Russia's public warnings about Ukraine preparing to use a massive 'dirty bomb,' a weapon that disperses radioactive waste, were an excuse for a preventive nuclear strike," -NYT reported, as quoted by PRAVDA.

The CIA director spoke with Sergey Naryshkin

The CIA director spoke with the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation, Sergey Naryshkin, warning that Russia could face consequences if they opted for bizarre moves such as the use of nuclear weapons.

Fortunately, there was no use of nuclear weapons, and it is to be hoped that this will never happen. The imperative of the US administration and the whole world is to stop Vladimir Putin in his intentions and establish peace in Ukraine and the world. A challenging task is facing the leaders of various countries, with the hope that better days await our planet in which peace and prosperity will reign.

US President Joe Biden is certainly on guard, aware of the danger that may follow from Russia.
