CIA Director William Burns warned lawmakers on Capitol Hill that it is crucial to approve aid to Ukraine, aware of the potential dangers that could follow. Burns believes that in this way, Ukrainians would have the strength to resist such a formidable opponent in every sense. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has repeatedly shared his views, emphasizing that without assistance from the USA, Ukrainians will not have the strength to resist the Russians.

“With the boost that would come from military assistance, both practically and psychologically, Ukrainians are entirely capable of holding their own through 2024 and puncturing Putin’s arrogant view that time is on his side,” he said, as quoted by POLITICO!

Burns believes that if Congress does not approve such aid, the situation will look significantly more dire. Burns is an experienced individual who is well-versed in the political situation worldwide. The consequences that could arise from the lack of assistance could be catastrophic not only for Ukrainians but for the entire planet. Burns appeared to be aware of the danger posed by Russian leader Vladimir Putin. He believes that the Russian leader is in a position to dictate the pace and future of the conflict. Forecasts suggest that Russians could exploit the weaknesses of Ukrainians and their current vulnerability to launch an offensive stronger than ever before.

"But if that doesn’t make it through Congress the picture is a lot more dire. There is a very real risk that the Ukrainians could lose on the battlefield by the end of 2024, or at least put Putin in a position where he could essentially dictate the terms of a political settlement.”- he continued.

Mike Johnson wants to help Ukraine

Chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives, Mike Johnson, is one of those ready to assist Ukraine, as he spoke about a few days ago. Although he is aware that his support for Ukraine could jeopardize his position regarding his job and support, Johnson still firmly stands behind his beliefs.

He believes he is doing the right thing intending to help Ukraine. Aware of the danger coming from Russia, Johnson emphasized the importance of aiding Ukraine given Vladimir Putin's ambitions for the future. According to statements, the Russian leader, Putin, may intend to attack countries like Poland or NATO countries. This has been talked about for a long time. Although the Russian leader has denied such intentions, some are not firmly convinced of his sincerity.

Additionally, he highlighted that Vladimir Putin potentially intends to attack Balkan countries. Johnson is an important political figure, and his views generate significant interest. Ukrainians can be grateful for the support of people like Johnson, hoping that others share similar views.

Ukrainians are in a difficult position, aware that without assistance from the USA, they can hardly withstand the next few months. The enemy carefully monitors the situation, waiting for their opportunity, and it is a matter of when the Russian army will launch an offensive.

Although there is talk of assistance to Ukraine from week to week, Congress is still divided, making it difficult to predict what to expect in the coming period. Johnson stresses that it is crucial to help Ukrainians because this war could lead to Americans sending their troops to Ukraine. That is the last stage of the war, which would also mean a potential world war.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy in fear: We need US help, otherwise we will lose

As we've mentioned before, the Ukrainian leader repeats the same plea day by day: Help us, as it will be difficult to defend ourselves in this atmosphere. Zelenskyy was honest a few days ago, emphasizing that without support, Ukrainians have no chance of winning. He also confirmed that the ratio of firepower is one to ten.

He fears that the future of the war could lead to enormous consequences for Ukrainians and eventual defeat. This is an opportunity that Russians want to exploit. When the enemy is weakest, it's the ideal opportunity for an attack.

The military leadership of Ukraine is considering the options available, but they are aware that without weapons and ammunition, no idea or tactic can be useful. The Ukrainian leader expects that Russians will attack Kyiv and believes that to defend themselves, it is necessary for the ratio of armament to be equal, at least. It's not clear why political figures in the US are still silently observing the situation, aware of how much a Russian attack on Ukraine could cost everyone.

The coming days could change the fate of Ukraine, of course, if Americans are ready to help this country, which finds itself in a difficult situation like never before in its history. Zelenskyy is becoming increasingly impatient, aware of the danger that could come.
