Joe Biden has been a determined supporter of Ukraine since the beginning of the conflict in the country. He has consistently expressed readiness to aid Ukraine and has provided substantial support throughout. Additionally, Biden has made it clear that he is not a fan of Vladimir Putin and his policies.

The relationship between Joe Biden and Volodymyr Zelenskyy is stronger and better than ever today. Since the beginning of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the US has shown determination to assist the Ukrainians and their population. The latest in a series of aids was one worth 60 billion dollars. Zelenskyy has been complaining for months about the lack of weapons, and such assistance has been crucial for him.

Although Congress approved the aid after some time, Zelenskyy and his people are still waiting for it. The Ukrainian leader is becoming increasingly impatient and has called on the US to send aid as soon as possible.

Although he remained silent for some time, Joe Biden has decided to react to Zelenskyy's statements.

US President Joe Biden has announced that he will provide assistance to the Ukrainians in the amount of 225 million dollars and apologized for the delay. The President of Ukraine and the US had a meeting in Paris, the day after marking the 80th anniversary of the Normandy landings.

Joe Biden also addressed the controversies surrounding aid that arose due to Republicans. Although the US president fiercely criticized the Republicans, they resisted providing aid to Ukraine, believing that such moves could jeopardize the US in various ways. The US president clearly stated to the Ukrainian president: The US will stand by you.

US politicians hold different opinions regarding the question of extending support to Ukraine in its conflict with Russia. While some advocate for full assistance, citing the danger posed by Russia and the principles of democracy and sovereignty, others urge caution, emphasizing the complexities of the situation and the potential risks of escalation. These different views reflect broader debates within the US political sphere concerning foreign policy priorities, military intervention, and relations with Russia. Ultimately, navigating these different perspectives requires careful consideration of many factors.

Joe Biden is proud of the Ukrainians for not giving up on their goals and refusing to surrender even when things seemed impossible for them. The Ukrainians continue to fight, which the US president is particularly proud of.

Ukrainian soldiers have shown great courage and determination in the fight against Russian aggression. Even when things didn't look positive, they displayed incredible dedication and readiness to face challenges. It should be mentioned that Russia possesses one of the strongest militaries in the world, with impressive military equipment and resources. Despite this, Ukrainians have bravely resisted the Russian invasion, demonstrating not only military strength but also relentless determination to defend their country and freedom. Their bravery and resolve in facing a superior opponent deserve deep respect and admiration.

The Ukrainian leader expressed gratitude to Biden for the assistance and hopes that the US will continue to provide support throughout the ongoing war between them and Russia. Without US assistance, it would be difficult for Ukrainians to resist Russia.

The American president, following the conclusion of the meeting, delivered a speech at Pointe Du Hoc, a location in Normandy where American Rangers scaled the cliffs to attack the Nazi stronghold on D-Day. During his speech, Biden emphasized that Americans are ready to stand up against Putin's aggression, prepared to defend democracy and freedom.

Biden stands firmly against what Russia is doing, as do most leaders around the world. Putin's policies evoke fear, and it is truly difficult to be optimistic about the intentions of the Russian leader in this war. Although the Russian president emphasizes that he has no goals beyond Ukraine, it is hard to trust someone like him.

What can we expect in the future?

The duration of the conflict between Ukraine and Russia is uncertain, making it difficult to predict how long it will continue. The future actions of Russian President Vladimir Putin are another reason to be afraid.

While some believe he may continue assertive policies to expand Russian influence, others suggest diplomatic efforts could lead to a shift in strategy.

There's also concern about the conflict escalating further, possibly drawing in other countries and leading to a broader regional or global conflict. With nuclear arsenals and military alliances in the mix, the risk of unintended escalation is high. Despite these uncertainties, diplomatic efforts and international cooperation will be crucial.

The population of Ukraine is in immense fear, but this fear is also palpable among Europeans, who understand that the political leadership of Russia may not hesitate to take any action. Of course, Europeans are also prepared to react if the situation demands it.
