In factuality, latest remarks from Lewis Hamilton came forth as the Mercedes F1 constructor’s team, which had won an eighth straight constructor’s championship title last year, had been struggling to develop a car which could put up a good fight against Red Bulls as well as Ferrari.

On top of that, the Mercedes F1 cars have been found to be experiencing bumpy rides multiple occasions this season, while the car has been lagging far behind in terms of speed. Hamilton said in an interview with a press agency, “I hope by the time we get to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone we will have the car as we want it. To be able to fight with Ferrari and Red Bull. It would be nice if we can give them a run for their money at our home race.

I know that work is going on tirelessly in the factory to make progress with the car. And I have no doubt we will get it right sooner or later”.
