What is Threads? Details you didn't know

In recent days, there have been two major topics: Mark Zuckerberg's upcoming contest with Elon Musk and Meta's latest platform. Threads is extremely similar to Twitter in terms of its options, so it becomes its biggest competitor.

Meta's head, Mark Zuckerberg, boasted earlier that Threads had attracted 100 million users in five days, making it the fastest-growing application in terms of users. The platform has broken records with its number of users.

There have been celebrities joining the platform, including Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, Oprah Winfrey and Kim Kardashian. Elon Musk's twitter platform is seen as a threat to this platform. A total of two million applications have been added to the Apple Store in the first two hours and there is no sign of slowdown.

THE CHATGPT HAS BEEN BEATEN AS WELL

The app was attacked by Twitter, which threatened to sue Meta. Despite Musk's claim that the social networking giant used his trade secrets, legal experts do not believe that this claim is valid.

As a result of Threads' rapid user growth, it became the fastest-growing consumer app in history, surpassing ChatGPT's two-month spurt in January. THREADS IS A REPLICA OF TWITTER Instagram is a social network for photos and videos, but Threads is an app for texting.

Using your Instagram profile will let you log in. All the threads (like tweets) posted by people you follow will appear in your feed, as well as recommendations from creators you haven't yet discovered. You can include links, photos, and videos in your posts, called threads (Twitter allows 280 characters without a blue tick).

Threads posts can be shared via Instagram story or other social networks. As a whole, Threads is a replica of Twitter. An interesting aspect of Threads is that access requires an Instagram account, and deletion of a Threads profile will also result in the deletion of the associated Instagram profile. The discovery of this was surprising for many users.
