de C.V OTC Markets Group is the global gateway to connect issuers with the U.S. investment community. Our markets help mega-cap, foreign exchange-listed companies expand their shareholder base to USinvestors. In September 2020, the SEC amended Rule 15c2-11 (which governs the public quoting of over-the-counter securities) to require that companies make disclosures current and publicly available on an ongoing basis in order for their securities to be quoted on public markets.

The updated disclosure requirements recognize our standards and codify our position for monitoring current and public disclosures on an ongoing basis. Under the amended Rule 15c2-11, OTC Markets Group is taking on greater regulatory responsibility.

As a result, as of September 28, 2021, broker-dealers are no longer able to publish proprietary quotations for securities of issuers where current information is not publicly available.
