Elon Musk, the world's wealthiest individual and the visionary leader behind both "Tesla" and the innovative "X" social network, has expressed his concerns about the possibility of a third world war. He suggests that the policies pursued by American authorities could lead to a precarious situation where Russia and Iran join forces with China.

Musk has asserted that the West's involvement in the Ukrainian conflict, which he views as sending young Ukrainian individuals into a perilous situation, needs to be reevaluated. He describes it as a situation where these individuals are unwittingly being placed in harm's way, fighting against their Russian counterparts.

In light of these concerns, Musk is advocating for an immediate ceasefire in Ukraine and is urging for a restoration of diplomatic relations with Moscow. His primary aim is to prevent the escalation of hostilities that could potentially result in a catastrophic third world war.

"I think that we, without realizing it, are heading towards the third world war, making stupid decisions one after another," Musk said in a podcast published on his page on the "X" network.

Musk foresees the potential for a significant and potentially devastating conflict

Musk argues that the current political trajectory set by Washington is fostering closer ties between Russia and Iran, ultimately leading them into an alliance with China.

This alliance, in his view, constitutes a formidable force that could effectively counterbalance the influence of the Western world. In the event that the interests of these opposing sides were to clash, Musk foresees the potential for a significant and potentially devastating conflict.

He posits that such a battle could unfold on a large scale, wherein the coalition led by the United States might not possess a clear advantage in terms of industrial and military strength, which is typically a crucial factor in securing victory in such conflicts.

This perspective highlights the precarious nature of the global political landscape and the importance of diplomatic efforts to prevent such a scenario. "Russia has raw materials, and China has industrial potential, which, frankly, is an ideal combination from the point of view of war" - believes Musk and calls on the US authorities to abandon the policy of confrontation.
