Pokémon GO: Classic Community Day April 2022 dedicated to Mudkip!

After the Classic Pokemon Go Community Day, seen for the first time in January with Bulbasaur, in April, precisely on April 10, 2022, NIANTIC has decided to revive the classic CD, this time with a pokemon that will make all the PVP-loving coaches happy: Mudkip!

Mudkip had been the protagonist of his CD on July 21, 2019, back on the mobile title Pokémon GO. The event on April 10, 2022 will run from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time. During the event, Mudkip will appear more frequently in the wild, with a greater chance of encountering the shiny version.

Obviously, by evolving the pokemon into its final form, Swampert, he will learn the Hydro Cannon Legacy. The bonuses available will be the usual ones of every Community Day. The Pokémon protagonist, in this case Mudkip will appear more frequently and will also be accessible in its chromatic form.

By evolving this creature, during the event we will be able to obtain a Swampert (final form after Marshtomp) with the Water-type Hydrocannon charged attack.

There will be a special Mudkip Classic Community Day Pack that can only be purchased once for 850 Pokémonete to receive 15 Ultra Balls, 15 Baccananas, 1 MT Super Fast Attack, and 1 Remote Raid Ticket. The aroma activated during the event will last for three hours.

For a cost of 1 dollar or equivalent, we will be able to access the exclusive Community Day special research story. We recall that, with the Sandshrew-focused Community Day in March behind us, the next event in the category that will arrive in April will be a debut: the Brizzoso Pokémon!

Community Day in April will be held on Saturday 23 April, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The event will last only three hours, instead of six: the reasons are soon stated in an official note released on the same Pokémon GO website.
