Pokémon Scarlet and Violet new trailer revealed, with Ed Sheeran's song

The latest trailer for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet has finally been revealed. A week after its launch, The Pokémon Company International showed something new, little in reality, but all accompanied by Ed Sheeran's single, Celestial.

Among the most important revelations an alternative form, Solcoferreo and Grandizanne, two variants of Donphan. With the Scarlet Book or the Violet Book, obtainable depending on the game version, the protagonist of the gameplay will be able to reveal to the player the existence of these special creatures.

Players will be able to change the cover of their Smart Rotom, making it unique. With an update shared on the official site of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, the black crystals were also revealed, meeting points for players who want to try their hand in a Teracristal Raid.

Unlike normal crystals, this variant contains more powerful monsters to face, which release increasingly valuable rewards when defeated. On February 27, 2022, the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet games for Nintendo Switch are announced through a Pokémon Presents, officially starting the ninth generation.

The announcement trailer also reveals the starter Pokémon of the new games, Sprigatito, Fuecoco and Quaxly. The release date, announced on June 1, 2022, is scheduled for November 18, 2022. The titles of the main Pokémon series are presented as role-playing video games.

The player controls the main character directly, moving him into the fictional world and interacting with different objects and people. The player can carry up to a maximum of six Pokémon, while the rest can be deposited in boxes awaiting use.

Traveling through the region, the player traverses different types of terrain: tall grass, forests, caves and waterways, where different species of wild Pokémon reside and appear randomly. In these areas there are also non-player trainers who challenge the player to fight against their Pokémon.

The game begins when the player receives a starter Pokémon from the region's Pokémon professor. By exploring the region, capturing and evolving Pokémon, and defeating other Trainers in battle, the player increases the number and strength of Pokémon at their disposal.
