Metal Gear: New Rumors

There have been increasing rumors about the return of Metal Gear Solid over the last few months, especially after Konami announced the return of Silent Hill in the past few months. Every week, insiders with both fame and obscurity spread new rumors related to this franchise, ranging from the well-known to the unknown.

Those who have been directly involved in the creation of certain Metal Gear games, on the other hand, have hinted that perhaps the legendary Konami series will return for the first time in its history. One of the first confirmations that something was indeed cooked in Konami's kitchen came from Quinton Flynn, the actor who portrayed Raiden in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, and Metal Gear Rising: Revengence, as every MGS fan knows.

After receiving tweets from fans discussing the franchise and its upcoming return, he responded by inviting them to prepare themselves for what is coming next. Interesting thing..

Are there plans for Konami to have a Metal Gear livestream similar to Silent Hill's Transmission? There is a good chance that will happen, but will more Metal Gear games be announced as a result of this announcement? In light of the longstanding rumors about remakes of Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, as well as the fact that Raiden's voice actor was personally involved in the team's potential hype, such a scenario certainly sounds plausible to us, especially if there is a plan for a remaster of Metal Gear Rising (which could arrive just in time for its 10th anniversary).

Until we receive some more concrete information regarding any of the above, all of the above facts should be treated as rumours. We will see what will happen in the end. We hope for a positive outcome for gamers.
