Classes for Battlefield 2042 will be available by the end of this month

Veterans of Battlefield 42 quickly left the game, many of them even before the official launch, due to the fact that the game polarized players, resulting in a dramatic decrease in the number of players for this series. As the developers explain on the official blog - "We heard you and we immediately formed a team that will analyse and draft a plan for the future", and there you have it - just one year and three months later, we are right before the return of classes.

As a result of the return of classes at the same time, specialists do not have to be removed along with them. There will be some changes to the way they function in Battlefield 2042, but they will be tied to certain classes.

It is true that all specialists have been able to combine their gadgets in the past, but in the future, for example, only a specialist of the Engineer class will be able to utilize a Rocket Launcher. There is one exception to this though, which is that specialist Lis already has a rocket launcher as a speciality, so two launchers per specialist would be OP.

Although gadgets will be locked behind classes, the same will not be true for weapons, which won't be locked behind classes either. As in all previous Battlefield games, weapons were distributed by class, however the developers of this game are convinced that there should be no limits on weapons in Battlefield 2042.

Therefore, it is for this reason that the "Weapon Proficiencies" system is being implemented, which will offer bonuses to players who combine classes with the types of weapons that are most natural to them.

Details

There will be three additional rounds of ammunition in the Assault class for those using Assault rifles It is expected that the engineer class of the military will have better bullet dispersion while lying down or crouching thanks to LMG weapons When a support class uses SMG weapons, it will be easier for them to "draw" them The aim will no longer "swing" for Recon players who use snipers It is expected that Battlefield 2042 will add classes by the end of the month, if not sooner.
