A few days ago, Amber Heard's lawyers, who are defending the actress in the trial that sees her against her former martit Johnny Depp, presented to the court a photo as evidence of Johnny Depp's violence, in which Amber was shown with a lip split.
As mentioned, Heard presented her lip with bloodshot wounds and a note that reads the word "I'll be back". According to the lawyers this would be a threat from Depp to the former wife. However, according to Judge Penney Azcarate, the photo cannot be used in court.
Heard's lawyers were expected to present the photo along with other evidence before the trial began, during the time allotted to gather evidence, and not during the ongoing trial. A suspicion that especially the defenders of Depp and the dedractors of Heard, is that the photo was intentionally created at a later time, precisely to frame the protagonist of the Pirates of the Caribbean saga.
Johnny Depp's love stories
Depp was engaged to actresses Sherilyn Fenn, Jennifer Gray, Winona Ryder and Kate Moss. In 1998 he began a relationship with the French actress and singer Vanessa Paradis with whom he had two children: Lily-Rose Melody and John Christopher Depp III.
In June 2012, after 14 years of living together, the two split up. In March 2007, while on the set of Sweeney Todd-The diabolical barber of Fleet Street, her daughter Lily Rose, born from her relationship with Vanessa Paradis, is hospitalized at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London.
To thank the hospital for treating his daughter, Depp goes there in November 2007 as Captain Jack Sparrow and spends four hours reading fairy tales to hospitalized children. In January 2008, he donated a million pounds to the hospital.
Johnny and Amber Heard were married in 2015 in a civil ceremony at the actor's home in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, while the festivities took place over the weekend, on the beach of Little Hall's Pond Cay, the Bahamian island owned by the actor.
In May 2016, however, after only 15 months of marriage, Heard filed for divorce from Depp, claiming she suffered physical violence when he was drunk. The story was immediately controversial and the couple concluded the divorce proceedings in January 2017.
In 2019, Depp filed a complaint against his ex-wife, accusing her of adultery, defamation and domestic violence and asking for a total compensation of 50 million dollars: the trial, one of the most mediatic and grotesque ever, is revealing dramatic news these days.
