Mohamed Hadid, dad of famous models Bella and Gigi Hadid, talked about his family's tough past. He said their experience being kicked out of their home by other families in Israel reminded him of his mom's struggle 75 years ago.

These are bad memories that he will never forget. When he was just a baby, his family got booted from their home by Jewish families they had helped after escaping Europe's war. Thinking about what's happening in Gaza now brought back memories of his family becoming refugees without a home.

He told about Palestinians welcoming Jewish families from Europe in 1946, but later, they couldn't return to their house because other families had moved in. This made life hard, and they couldn't get their things or their home back.

Mohamed Hadid is upset about Gaza

He's upset about what's happening in Gaza, thinking about how his mom felt when they became refugees. He talked about his daughters caring about people in Gaza and how some people got mad at his family for supporting Gaza.

There are many different reactions to the conflict in the Middle East in the world, and opinions have been divided since day one. He also talked about how anti-Semitism started in Europe and said he's Semitic, like Jewish people.

He's sad he couldn't fulfill his family's wish to be buried where they were born. His story shows how tough it is when you can't go back to your homeland, something he's felt deeply with his family's past struggles. He hopes that the situation in Palestine will calm down in the coming period.

Judging by the announcements so far, a truce could indeed happen. That's the only option at the moment. If things continue as before, this can only cause an even greater number of victims.
