US actress Elizabeth Olsen's fame grew exponentially after Marvel Movic, in which she plays Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch. Elizabeth has a great passion for yoga, a passion born to fight anxiety and panic attacks. Around age 22, while attending college and living alone in New York, she started suffering from panic attacks and had them often. Now, thanks also to her yoga, she happens to her much more rarely.

She also practices martial arts and in particular Muay Thai. You have a diet that includes salmon, fruit, vegetables, hard-boiled eggs, peanut butter and honey, protein shakes made with fruit, almond butter and ice, fruit accompanied by a teaspoon of honey or coriander molasses to increase your strength and to better assimilate iron.

Instead, she tries to avoid gluten, dairy and yeast.

She achieved international success for her portrayal of Wanda Maximoff (aka Scarlet Witch) in Marvel Cinematic Universe films, including Avengers: Age of Ultron, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, then reprising the role in the WandaVision original series released on Disney +, for which she earned a Golden Globe and Emmy Award nomination, and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
