Dwayne Johnson, the former professional wrestler turned to an American actor, producer and businessman, is not mulling a presidential run, the 50-year-old said in an interview with CBS Sunday Morning. Aside from that, Dwayne Johnson, whose acting skills have improved considerably over recent past as claimed by a number of film industry analysts, stressed that he would prefer being a daddy instead a presidential run.
Latest remarks from Johnson came forth as during a 2017 interview with Vanity Fair, the actor had first confirmed his intent to dive into a presidential run.

Concomitantly, while being asked whether he would run for a presidency in 2024, speaking in the interview with CBS Sunday Morning, Dwayne Johnson said, “It’s off the table.
Yes. It is off the table. I will say this because it requires a B-side to this. I love our country and everyone in it. I also love being a daddy. And that’s the most important thing to me is being a daddy, number one, especially during this time, this critical time in my daughters’ lives”.
On top of that, citing that he would prefer being a daddy, the 50-year-old American actor hailing from Hayward, California, said in the interview, “I know what it was like to be on the road and be so busy that I was absent for a lot of years in my first daughter’s…Growing up in this critical age at this critical time in their life, and that’s what the presidency will do.
So my number one priority is my daughters. Sure, CEO sounds great. But the number one thing I wanna be is daddy. That’s it”.
