Lily-Rose Depp, the daughter of Johnny Depp and a French-American model alongside actress, revealed in a recent interview that she decided to avoid controversies whirling around her father, because she didn’t want to be defined by the men in her life.
In point of fact, latest remarks from Lily-Rose Depp came forth as Johnny Depp, the 59-year-old immensely talented American actor and a recipient of numerous accolades including three Oscars or Academy Awards along with two BAFTA and a Golden Globe, had to pass several months this year in a court trial against her former wife Amber Heard.
Besides, as counterclaims flared up from both sides on the defamation trial, the court had finally ruled in favour of Johnny Depp adding that Amber Heard defamed the actor at a guest column in Washington Post back in the 2018s.
On top of that, as Depp said in the court that Heard is apparently putting up her “performance of the life” in the courtroom, Amber accused Depp of unprofessional behaviour.
Lily-Rose Depp opens up on her father Johnny Depp
Meanwhile, amid growing speculation on whether Johnny Depp would be able to reach the same height as he was before the “Heard-linked bedlam,” Depp’s 23-year-old daughter Lily-Rose Depp opened up about her father.
Speaking in an interview with Elle Magazine, Lily-Rose Depp broke silence about her father saying, “When it’s something that’s so private and so personal that all of a sudden becomes not so personal … I feel really entitled to my secret garden of thoughts.
I also think that I’m not here to answer for anybody, and I feel like for a lot of my career, people have really wanted to define me by the men in my life, whether that’s my family members or my boyfriends, whatever”.
