The National Basketball Association (NBA) has unveiled the roster of players who will be participating in the All-Star game, scheduled to take place on February 19 in Salt Lake City. The lineup comprises of ten players from the Eastern Conference and ten from the Western Conference.
Fans' Picks and Coaches' Selections
The starters for the All-Star game were selected through fan voting, while the reserves were determined by NBA coaches. The Eastern Conference roster includes Joel Embiid (Philadelphia 76ers), DeMar DeRozan (Chicago Bulls), Jaylen Brown (Boston Celtics), Bam Adebayo (Miami Heat), Jrue Holiday (Milwaukee Bucks), Julius Randle (New York Knicks), and Tyrese Haliburton (Indiana Pacers).
From the Western Conference, the roster features Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (Oklahoma City Thunder), Jaren Jackson Jr. (Memphis Grizzlies), Lauri Markkanen (Utah Jazz), Paul George (LA Clippers), Damian Lillard (Portland Trail Blazers), Ja Morant (Memphis Grizzlies), and Domantas Sabonis (Sacramento Kings).

The starters for the All-Star game comprise of LeBron James (LA Lakers), Nikola Jokic (Denver Nuggets), Luka Doncic (Dallas Mavericks), Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors), Zion Williamson (New Orleans Pelicans), Giannis Antetokounmpo (Milwaukee Bucks), Jayson Tatum (Boston Celtics), Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving (Brooklyn Nets), and Donovan Mitchell (Cleveland Cavaliers).
Players' Excitement and Appreciation
Kevin Durant expressed his excitement about being a part of the All-Star game, saying, "I was just like, 'S---, another year of not playing against my old teammates. Another year of, at that point, maybe missing the All-Star Game and not playing against LeBron James at home...Stuff like that that I look forward to...On top of just playing every game, I just look forward to that stuff.
