Chelsea board fires Thomas Tuchel!

Chelsea fired manager Thomas Tuchel. The London club has communicated the decision through official channels. The dismissal comes after the defeat in the UEFA Champions League in the first Group E match against Dinamo Zagreb, which was decided by a goal from Orsic.

From what filters into the Chelsea environment, Tuchel's dismissal would not be surprising news but expected enough. Due to difficult relations with the new owner, apparently due to differences of views on the market, according to some sources, chairman Boehly wanted CR7, with Tuchel instead.

The new Chelsea ownership wants a manager who is more aligned with their vision and does not consider valid the justifications given by Tuchel for the streak of negative results. This is the statement of the club: "Chelsea Football Club split today from manager Thomas Tuchel.

On behalf of all Chelsea FC, the club would like to put in writing its gratitude to Thomas and his staff for all their efforts during the their time with the Club. Thomas will rightfully have a place in Chelsea history after winning the Champions League, Super Cup and Club World Cup during his time here."
