Graham Potter has been sacked by Chelsea

After Thomas Tuchel was sacked as Chelsea's coach due to poor results, Graham Potter was appointed as the club's new coach. Tuchel's successor, however, did not fare any better and had even worse results than Tuchel himself.

The majority of people expected Potter to be fired, but the management did not take any action in that regard. However, Chelsea have revealed on their official website two hours ago that Potter left the club after he was sacked by the club.

Chelsea FC has announced that Graham Potter has departed the club.
Graham has agreed to collaborate with the club to facilitate a smooth transition.
In his time with the club, Graham has taken us to the quarter-final of the Champions League, where we will face Real Madrid.
Chelsea would like to thank Graham for all his efforts and contribution and wish him well for the future”.

Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali's statement

Co-owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali gave a lot of money for reinforcements during the winter transfer window. There was a lot of expectation that Potter, after the arrival of several reinforcements, would revive the team and become a contender for a place in the top four.

In spite of everything, things were equally bad in the end. “On behalf of everyone at the club, we want to thank Graham sincerely for his contribution to Chelsea.
We have the highest degree of respect for Graham as a coach and as a person.
He has always conducted himself with professionalism and integrity and we are all disappointed in this outcome”.

We will see who could succeed Potter as a coach. There are many names in the game. Whoever becomes the new coach of the London team will have a difficult task, given that the team is in a big crisis. For now, the team has no chance of placing in the top 4. We'll see if they can do something more in the Champions League. It won't be easy, that's for sure.
