The best days of Zinedine Zidane's coaching career were enjoyed at Real Madrid where he achieved enormous success with the team. Since Zidane left Real Madrid two years ago, he has decided to take some time off to rest. There is, however, a possibility that we could see him back in the stadiums in the role of a manager in the coming weeks.

Based on the media reports, Zidane had a number of offers from Saudi Arabia, according to the reports. In response to such offers, the Frenchman decided to put them aside in order to wait for the right one. Apparently, the time has come for such an offer to be made.

As a matter of fact, the Saudis are interested in buying Marseille and investing a large sum of money in them. Zinedine Zidane is wanted to lead a team that will contend for big trophies in the future. Club owner McCourt is now in dire straits.

It will be up to him to decide whether to sell the club or not. Since the Saudis are willing to offer as much money as they want, it is going to be extremely hard to refuse the offer of the Saudis. Zinedine Zidane is likely to be the first goal they will attempt to achieve if they succeed in their mission.

Zidane and his request

Zidane also reportedly asked for 300 million euros for reinforcements. After receiving clear guarantees, the legendary Frenchman was confident that he would be able to hold an extremely expensive toy in his hands in the near future.

However, it must be noted that the Saudis are now facing an uphill battle in their attempt to persuade Frank McCourt to sell the team, which will not be an easy task. The fans of this club have a divided opinion, but it seems that the majority is against the arrival of the Saudis in their team.

On the other hand, they are aware of how much it would mean for them. Marseille has been unable to compete for the very top for years, and with the arrival of the Saudis, things would be completely different.
