Randy Orton revealed many things from his career as a guest on the IMPAULSIVE podcast. One of the topics was Triple H. Orton has only words of praise for Triple H and what he has done in his career. The two know each other well and have a great relationship.

Orton is especially happy because Triple H recognized how important time spent with family is, and the wrestlers now have the opportunity to be part of family events. “He’s very smart with the business. If you have any questions with wrestling, you go to him and you’re gonna get a good answer…as far as a human being, I went to his wedding.

I’ve kind of seen him evolve. He has three girls and his oldest girl is just a few years older than mine so we have that in common. I think recently for him because he had the health scare and everything, I think he realizes how important family time is and that’s one thing that has changed.

Back in the day you were missing birthdays, you were missing anniversaries and you were missing holidays. There was really no either way about it [and] you weren’t going to ask for [time] off. Now there’s leniency there.

Now, he’ll make sure that you can get home for the birth of your baby or he’ll make sure that you can get home for that birthday because he understands now how important that is. I think company-wide wide that’s been a change for the better.

Randy has known him for a long time, and it is difficult for him to see Triple H as the leader of the company. However, he is happy to be Triple H and is willing to do anything for him.

“He was one of the boys. When I was introduced to him when I was 20, he was one of the boys. To me, he will always be more so one of the boys than purely office and I think that’s because I know that I can trust him and that he’s gonna steer me in the right way”.
