Two and a half months have passed since Paddy Pimblett's last performance. The talented guy from Liverpool defeated Jordan Leavitt at an event in London on July 23rd (7th month) this year. It was Paddy's second win of the calendar year and third overall since making his UFC debut last year.

All three times Paddy won the bonus for the best performance of the night, and in addition to great performances, Paddy also delivered top performances on the microphone and quickly became one of the biggest stars of the UFC lightweight division, even though he is not even ranked at the moment.

Paddy also attracts a lot of attention with his habit after matches. Pimblett gains weight extremely quickly and sometimes weighs over 20 kilograms compared to what the scale shows him the day before the match. Many criticize him for this and claim that it will shorten his career, but "Baddy" absolutely does not care about the opinions of others.

As for his next performance, it seems that Paddy's weight gain period is over and preparations for his next performance can begin. Pimblett was one of the co-commentators at the Cage Warriors 144 event, and during the broadcast, he revealed when we can expect him in the cage.

“UFC 282, I’m planning on fighting on that — Dec. 10,” Pimblett said. “So I’m just waiting for an opponent, lad. I’m waiting for someone to step up and sign on the dotted line.

Everyone talks about ‘The Baddy,’ everyone talks about fighting me. But then the contract’s in front of them, you know, they’re not as confident”. Paddy has been called out by a number of names over the past few months, from Jared Gordon to Ilia Topuria to Terrance McKinney.

In the end, the UFC will decide who they will offer him, but in any case, it is interesting information that we will see Paddy again this year. It's not yet known who will headline the UFC 282 event, but Paddy Pimblett certainly won't, no matter how popular he is at the moment.

Jiri Prochazka and Glover Teixeira have been mentioned as the main event fighters that night, but there is no official confirmation yet.
