Sam Alvey was a middleweight contender and fought for 8 years in the UFC; he was released last year after his match against Michal Oleksiejczuk. In the starting stage of his career, he used to compete in the light heavyweight division.

Sam Alvey recently fought against Cameron Graham at the B2 fight series 183; he finished his opponent in the second round and won the match. Interestingly in the post-fight interview, he called out “The Problem Child” Jake Paul and wanted to fight him inside the cage for an MMA match in the Professional Fighters League.

Sam Alvey wants to fight Jake Paul

The PFL have a contract agreement with two well-known fighters; first, it was Jake Paul, and recently they added Francis Ngannou. Jake Paul has committed to fighting a match in the PFL, and it will be very interesting to see who he ends up competing against.

Sam Alvey used to fight at 180-185 pounds, and quite shockingly, in his recent match against Cameron Graham, he weighed in at 230 pounds. Alvey has sparred with Logan Paul, and based on the experience he had with him, he believes the Paul brothers are garbage.

“Jake Paul, you’re a** is back on the hook, my man,” Alvey said as quoted by mmajunkie.usatoday.com. “I will welcome you to PFL. I will welcome you to your first loss. When I’m done with you, I’m coming after your brother.

He further said: Logan Paul, I will pin you – 1-2-3 – in a ladders, tables and chairs match. It has been offered. You accept, Paul Brothers. I’m coming for you”. Jake Paul is set to clash against Nate Diaz in the boxing ring; what he does after that is something that everyone is wondering.

Maybe he could fight Tommy Fury for the rematch or step into the world of MMA as he has promised to. If Sam Alvey proves himself worthy enough, who knows, either Logan or Jake Paul could actually fight with him someday.
