One of the most historic feuds of WWE in recent years is certainly the one that saw John Cena and The Rock collide in the Wrestlemania rings, in what have become classic matches for the entire history of the Stamford company.
Both of the company's former world champions have now dedicated their careers to Hollywood, spending more time in front of the film and TV cameras, rather than stepping into the ring almost every day, as they did for decades, before becoming full-fledged actors of the sector.
In his latest post on his Twitter page, John Cena wanted to talk about The Rock with great praise, bringing to mind their great feud that had culminated in Wrestlemania, in one of the most anticipated matches in the company's history.
"Relive this epic WWE rivalry for those who have lived it before. I wouldn't be who I am today without The Rock. Professionally and personally. He challenged me, demanding my best, forcing me to face my flaws with the world watching !
Respect is a key thing for me…and that took it to a new level!"
John Cena and the habit of screaming the moves in the ring
Apparently, despite Cena's great experience in the pro-wrestling rings, there would be a characteristic of the leader of the Chain Gang, which many opponents and colleagues would not have liked, namely calling the moves out loud with colleagues in the ring, so much so that everything Cena said to his opponent was heard in the audience.
In his latest interview, released for Wrestling Shoot Interviews, Heath Slater also wanted to talk about this unusual feature of Cena, with the former WWE tag team champion who in fact stated: "John Cena! The first eight rows could hear it!
I'm damn serious! Even when we worked together in the Nexus, man, 12 years ago, you could see him in the ring. Take it easy, lower your voice! And we were like, 'Dude, we know, f**k! You're yelling at everyone! 'But really, he was talking too loud."
