Greg Norman

Greg Norman made a name for himself through his extraordinary talent, charismatic personality and aggressive playing style. He is one of the greatest Australian golfers of all time and a highly respected figure in the world of sport. Born on 10 February 1955 in Mount Isa, Queensland,   Norman has racked up numerous successes throughout his career, including 91 professional wins worldwide. However, he is probably best known for his reign over golf in the 80s and 90s.

During this time, Norman dominated world golf, earning the nickname The Great White Shark for his ability to dwarf his opponents. While he has achieved many great things, Norman is also famous for some of the most painful disappointments of his career. He has missed several important putts and suffered unfortunate defeats in some of golf's most prestigious tournaments, including the US Masters and the British Open.
