Alfa Romeo

Alfa Romeo is an Italian company that produces mail-order road and sports cars.

Founded on June 24, 1910 in Milan, during its existence, the house has created road cars and concept cars that have marked the history of design in the Italian automotive industry. From a technological point of view, Alfa Romeo is considered one of the most avant-garde manufacturers on the world automotive scene thanks to the innovations that made their debut on its cars.

Alfa Romeo has successfully participated in different categories of car competitions. In 1925 it won the first organized motor racing world championship in history, while in 1950 and 1951 it won the first two editions of the Formula 1 world championship. In 1975 and 1977 it won the sports prototype world championship. Ferrari made its debut in competition aboard Alfa Romeo cars.

Throughout its history, the house of the Alfa Romeo has introduced several technological innovations. In other cases, Alfa Romeo was among the first car manufacturers to use them on their cars. All this has led to the birth of a tradition that has been renewed up to the 21st century and which places Alfa Romeo among the most avant-garde manufacturers on the world scene.
